Holistic Health Coaching

What could you manifest in your life if you experienced a greater sense of well-being, more energy, more clarity and felt more grounded?


Dis-ease and chronic stress manifest as anxiety, weight gain, digestive issues, pain, inflammation, insomnia, cognitive decline, social anxiety, and more. A holistic approach to wellness is essential for total health and well-being.


Many of the roadblocks that prevent you from enjoying good health and happiness are toxic behaviors, habits, attitudes, and beliefs. When what you do, day-in and day-out no longer serves you, life feels heavy, burdensome, and even boring, which steals away your vitality.


WHAT IS A HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH?

A holistic health coach approaches wellness from a holistic approach, which focuses on bringing balance and harmony to mind, body and heart.


As your holistic health coach, I offer expert guidance and support to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. I also require accountability!


As your holistic health coach, we will work closely together to discover what optimal well-being feels like for you, and begin to work towards achieving a greater sense of well-being, health and peace of mind.


I never advocate a diet, or restrictive behavior modifications. Rather, we work together to achieve optimal holistic well-being--mind, body, and heart through discovery and implementing change incrementally. 


WELL-BEING

I've also discovered that there is not a magic pill or a short-cut, nor is there one modality to achieve maximum health and well-being. It requires your time, persistence and a positive attitude to navigate this journey and to incorporate all that works for you. But you don't have to do it alone.


To regain your health, well-being and vitality, I've discovered focus, connection, energy management, and accountability are the keys to asserting change and reaching your optimal health. When we work together, we change your behaviors through balancing your diet with living, intelligent foods, removing toxins (environmental and emotional), embracing your creativity, incorporating gentle movement, practicing meditation, nurturing your spiritual practice, and making real heart connections, many of the road-blocks to happiness will simply fall away. 


I offer years of experience and expert guidance to help you reach your goals and to discover which holistic healing modalities are right for you.

Victoria's Tips for wellbeing

Favorite tips to create lasting change to regain your health and well-being:


  • Have an excellent support system, whether it is a circle of close friends, family, or a health and wellness coach who is on your side.
  • Make adequate sleep a priority.
  • Develop a mindfulness meditation practice.
  • Avoid processed foods. Choose whole, natural foods.
  • Incorporate intermittent fasting.
  • Journal daily.
  • Nurture a spiritual practice.
  • Attend a sound bath, and/or incorporate sacred sound into your own meditation practice.
  • Re-connect with your heart and community in a sacred cacao ceremony.
  • If you drink alcohol, consume infrequently and in moderation.
  • Drink pure, clean water.
  • Eliminate environmental toxins in the home, including harmful chemicals in cleaning, laundry, hair and body products.
  • Incorporate movement into your day.
  • Nourish your creativity.
  • Practice random acts of kindness.
